Albania: choosing a university and programme

CliniGA Education editorial teamSources checked:

Choosing a destination takes more than a university name. The award, teaching language, campus, recognition and your intended career must fit together. Use the country-specific distinctions below to build a shortlist from actual programme pages rather than promotional rankings.

Albania

In Albania, start with ASCAL rather than a university advertisement: institutional accreditation and the status of a particular programme need separate checks. Ask the faculty for its curriculum, teaching language and practical components. At a multi-faculty institution such as the University of Tirana, one department's offer does not describe every degree. Build your shortlist around the actual qualification, accreditation record and course content before committing.
