Check eligibility before comparing scholarship amounts. An award may cover tuition, living costs or only a particular mobility period. Admission does not automatically include funding, and a national call may run on a different timetable from university financial support.

Russia’s official portal distinguishes government-quota study from fee-paying places. Check which expenses your own offer covers; support for tuition should not be interpreted as funding for every living cost. Budget for housing, insurance, travel and initial setup as well as tuition. Do not count an unconfirmed scholarship as income. Read the current call for nationality, programme, renewal and coverage conditions, and obtain written payment and refund terms before making a financial commitment.
